Community Living for Europe: Structural Funds Watch

Community Living for Europe: Structural Funds Watch is an independent initiative monitoring the use of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), specifically the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund and the implementation of the 2014-2020 ESIF Regulations in the transition from institutional care to community based living for all.

The Opening Doors for Europe’s Children campaign and the CLE-SFW initiative have one common goal that the European Structural and Investment Funds are being appropriately allocated and spent for the transition from institutional to family- and community-based care.

Six of the the Opening Doors National coordinators contributed to the Community Living for Europe survey, providing information on the implementation of the ESIF regulations and use of ESIF supporting community and family based living of children.
